Fine Line Cutting is a Waterjet manufacturing Job-Shop servicing all of Southeast Texas and surrounding areas. We operate two state of the art OMAX Maxiem CNC Waterjet Machines. A three axis 1515 and a five axis 1530 with an A-jet head for taper compensation and bevel cutting up to 59.5 degrees. The kerf of their cuts are .030” and .042” respectively and they are capable of repeatability up to .001”.

In business since 2018. We produce parts for the automotive and marine industry, industrial valve companies, oil and gas, petrochemical, sub-sea exploration & oilfield maintenance, fabrication, welding and machine shops. We are capable of large production runs as well as custom one off parts. We can assist in design and engineering of pieces and specialize in quick turnaround times when necessary. Emergency services are also available to our customers twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week.
